Developing A Cancer Plan For An Entire Nation

Health Officials and Doctors in Cambodia have made significant progress in developing a comprehensive Cancer plan. In 2018 the Cambodian Minsitry of Health set Cancer reduction goals and began bulding a Comprehensive Cancer Treatment facility. Today Luang Me Cancer Center is operational and is providing Cancer treatment to patients.

The Cambodia Government implemented a National Insurance plan allowing patients to afford treatment and is screening patients for Cancer at each of the regional hospitals.
